We arrived a bit early for check in, but our room was ready and much appreciated. Staff at the front desk were phenomenal! Very welcoming, pleasant and informative. Anytime we stopped by and/ or passed by, we were always greeted pleasantly.

Lonely stay at a beautiful hotel in a convenient location..Room was lovely and staff very welcoming.. The only thing that let this hotel down was lack of vegan options at breakfastdespite me shaking prior to stay..Once i asked they found me some yogurt but would be nice to have dairy free spread so could have toast.

This hotel was ideally located along two main streets. Walkable and with tram and u-bahn lines close by. I was able to get to anywhere I wanted. Room was clean, the air conditioning was the best I've had in Europe! I honestly skipped the breakfast bar because there were so many cute cafés around.

Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

Stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. The room remained quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably all three nights. We requested a fan on the second night and opened windows which helped somewhat, but the room was still too warm. Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at times, which resulted in long waits and lines. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. I chose Hyatt because of its reputation for quality and service. Given that, I would expect the hotel to have adequate technical support or backup maintenance available to address critical issues such as air conditioning failures, even on weekends.
